Your role
We’re looking for a strategic and versatile Senior Content Writer to lead the development of high-impact content across our brand and growth channels. In this role, you’ll shape the voice of the company, drive engagement through thought leadership and storytelling, and create content that fuels every stage of the customer journey — from awareness to conversion and retention.
You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver compelling narratives, optimize for search and performance, and ensure consistency in tone and messaging. Whether it’s crafting a white paper, scripting a video, or writing copy that converts, you’ll be at the heart of how we communicate our value to the world.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead hero content initiatives — Own the creation and performance of high-impact assets like white papers, thought leadership pieces, and downloadable resources, working cross-functionally to maximize reach and engagement.
- Drive social media storytelling — Collaborate with the brand team to craft scroll-stopping content that boosts visibility, sparks conversation, and reinforces brand identity across platforms.
- Own the content calendar — Refine and manage our editorial roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment of articles, campaigns, and launches.
- Scale SEO content — Develop search-optimized articles that rank well and read even better — balancing technical performance with human appeal and LLM readability.
- Support paid media — Partner with the growth team to write persuasive ad copy across PPC channels, driving clicks and conversions.
- Enable sales success — Create concise, compelling collateral — including one-pagers, brochures, case studies, and event materials — that empower the sales team to tell our story with clarity and impact.
- Craft customer communications — Write engaging email nurture flows, newsletters, and lifecycle messaging that deepen relationships with both prospects and existing customers.
- Script short-form video — Develop punchy, digestible scripts that bring our brand and products to life in motion.
- Stay ahead of trends — Continuously monitor industry shifts, emerging tech, and evolving content standards to keep our messaging fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Own brand voice — Maintain consistency across all touchpoints by managing tone of voice guidelines and ensuring alignment in copy across teams and channels.
Who you are?
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in a tech / B2B SaaS environment (agency experience a plus)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (German and French a plus)
- A demonstrated ability to distil complex information and key messages into concise, engaging, and persuasive content
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and inbound strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEMrush
- A portfolio showcasing a range of content formats and styles
