Your role
As our Global PR & Content Writer, you will play a key role in elevating Assessio's brand as an international thought leader in the talent and development industry. You’ll help shape the voice of a fast-scaling European SaaS brand - impacting how talent decisions are made across thousands of organizations. You will achieve this by crafting compelling narratives and executing a global PR strategy securing high-impact media coverage.
Your role will involve close collaboration with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging, while also managing media relationships and supporting internal communications.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a global PR and content strategy that supports Assessio’s business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and journalists and act as a key point of contact for media enquiries
- Secure high-impact media coverage that positions Assessio as a global thought leader within the talent assessment and development industry
- Plan and execute media campaigns that align with key organizational priorities, including development of compelling thought leadership pieces, creative briefs, media kits, Q&As, press releases, interviews and events etc.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and a clear brand voice
- Lead global spokespeople training and prepare speaker notes as needed
- Monitor industry and macro trends to produce timely and relevant content
- Manage and optimize the PR budget for maximum ROI
- Support internal communications and partner with senior leaders on key announcements
Who you are?
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience preferable from working with in-house corporate PR / media relations; agency and B2B SaaS experience a plus
- Demonstrated success in securing impactful international press coverage and managing media relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an attention to detail
- English business language fluency, Dutch a plus
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ideally a strong network of media contacts
- A strong understanding of storytelling nuances across earned and owned channels
