With offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, France, Estonia, and the Netherlands, we’re building a strong international presence. Now, we’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our growing team in Tallinn.

Your role

As Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll lead both strategy and execution of our growth marketing efforts. You will take full ownership of lead generation, digital campaigns, and performance marketing across all channels—while also overseeing our marketing infrastructure, including websites, automation flows, and analytics.

In this role, you will lead and grow a team, ensuring that Assessio’s marketing engine is both scalable and high-performing. Your mission is to build a growth engine that fuels pipeline and revenue growth, and to coach a team to deliver world-class marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Growth Marketing

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven lead generation strategies.
• Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid channels.
• Continuously improve conversion rates through experimentation, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.

Digital Marketing Infrastructure

• Manage and optimize our Martech stack, including websites, HubSpot automation, and CRM flows.
• Oversee SEO and website performance to drive organic growth and improve user experience.
• Build scalable campaigns and omnichannel journeys to nurture and convert leads.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing specialists in performance marketing, marketing operations, and digital marketing.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Set clear goals and provide mentorship to help your team grow professionally.

Analytics & Reporting

• Leverage tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to track performance, gain insights, and iterate rapidly.
• Create dashboards and reports that empower marketing and sales teams to make data-driven decisions.

We believe you:

• Have solid experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Feel confident leading and developing a team, and enjoy supporting others to succeed and grow.
• Are comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—from high-level planning to optimizing campaigns and marketing tech.
• Know how to navigate tools like HubSpot, paid media platforms, web analytics, and CRM systems, and are ready to build and scale marketing infrastructure.
• Use data and experimentation to drive decisions, continuously improving performance through testing and iteration.
• Communicate fluently in English (spoken and written); Estonian is a plus.
• Thrive in an international and collaborative environment, working across borders and functions.
