Are you a strategic deal-closer with a passion for complex B2B sales? We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing team and drive growth by acquiring new customers among our largest and most strategic clients.

You’ll be part of a European team focused on enterprise clients across all of Assessio’s markets and be responsible for the NL market. We’re building a strong structure to scale even further in the enterprise segment, and this role is key to that journey.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to contract signing
- Strategically map markets and identify key targets within the ideal customer profile (ICP), and work the territory in an efficient and structured way
- Drive long-cycle, high-value deals that grow our ARR and service revenue
- Close deals with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate with SDRs and independently build a strong outbound pipeline
- Be the spider in the web & collaborate with the Bid Team to craft compelling proposals for strategic clients, work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product specialists
- International travel is a natural part of the role
📈 What Success Looks Like
- Growth in new ARR and non-recurring revenue (training, services)
- A healthy pipeline of qualified leads and booked meetings
- Strong outreach efficiency and consistent deal closure
- Consultative approach with clients
🧠 What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (HR tech is a plus)
- Proven success in closing large, complex deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience or background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology is a strong plus

We practice what we preach. That’s why we ask you to complete two assessments: a personality test a cognitive ability test and sometimes a motivation test. Everyone does this. Why? Because we want to give everyone a fair chance and base our decisions on data—not gut feeling. It takes about 50 minutes, and once completed, you’ll receive a quick response from us.
