🌟 What You’ll Do
As our Website & SEO Manager, you will lead the strategic development of Assessio’s digital presence, ensuring it serves as a high-performing growth engine and brand amplifier. You’ll own the end-to-end web ecosystem — from infrastructure and automation to UX and conversion optimization — and play a pivotal role in shaping how prospects, customers, and partners engage with our brand online.
This role requires a blend of technical fluency, creative vision, and commercial acumen. You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and commercial teams to translate business goals into digital experiences that drive measurable impact.
📈 Your Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring uptime, performance, and security
- Lead SEO strategy and execution to drive qualified traffic and improve organic conversion rates
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to publish and optimize web content
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, convert, and retain leads and customers, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and behavioral insights
- Craft seamless user journeys and digital experiences that reflect our brand and drive engagement across all lifecycle stages
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and dashboards to fuel data-driven decision-making across marketing and product
- Own website analytics and reporting, using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEO platforms
- Implement and manage HubSpot integrations, including forms, landing pages, CTAs, and tracking workflows
- Ensure the site is optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and conversion
- Coordinate with developers or agencies to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
- Maintain hosting environments, domain configurations, and backup protocols
- Stay current with SaaS marketing trends, SEO updates, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR)
💡 Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years in digital experience, web strategy, or growth marketing roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments
- Proven track record of owning and scaling web platforms that drive measurable business growth
- Deep expertise in WordPress and Hygraph, SEO, CRO, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, GA4)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and behavioral analytics
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution ability
- Excellent communication and project management skills
