Your role
As our Head of Product Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of global go-to-market strategies across our product portfolio. You’ll be responsible for defining product positioning, crafting messaging that resonates with target audiences, and ensuring successful product launches in key markets. This role requires close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams, and involves managing a team of product marketers to drive adoption, enable commercial success, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead global go-to-market planning for new products, features, and market launches
- Develop clear product positioning and messaging based on customer needs and market insights
- Manage and grow a team of product marketers across different regions
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to align on launch priorities and commercial goals
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product briefs, and competitive insights
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to inform strategy and messaging
- Track performance of launches and campaigns, and adjust based on results
- Support pricing, packaging, and segmentation decisions with data and insights
Who you are?
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience leading go-to-market strategy and execution across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of GTM execution, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
