About the Role

This is a part-time position designed to help you grow professionally while continuing your studies. The role is part of our Global support team, whose main goal is to ensure that our clients have the best possible experience and get maximum value from our tools and services. You’ll be working alongside driven, social, and highly motivated colleagues who also know how to have fun together. Since this role is part of the Global support team it´s important that you can speak both Dutch and English.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You will work with our Support team, where your main responsibilities will be handling incoming inquiries via email and phone. You will mainly be in contact with our clients, but there will also be a fair amount of internal communication.

Over time, you’ll be trained in Assessio’s tools and systems, and will have the opportunity to:

• Support with interpreting test results
• Assist with other administrative tasks

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Is currently a student, preferably with a focus in psychology

Bonus Qualifications:

• An interest in working with platform-based solutions
• Enjoys working with technical topics
• Has experience using a ticketing system, such as Hubspot

Recruitment Process

We use a competency-based selection process. If you meet the criteria above, the first step will be to complete two assessments: a problem-solving test (Matrigma) and a personality test (MAP). Based on these results, we will make an initial selection for interviews and team meetings.
