About the role
We are seeking a strategic and creative Global Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media efforts across all external channels from our office in Copenhagen. As part of our global marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, engaging our B2B audience, and driving awareness of our SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of B2B communication and can translate complex product offerings and customer stories into compelling social content.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global organic social media strategy aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging, informative, and brand-consistent content tailored to our B2B audience.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to amplify product launches, thought leadership, and customer stories.
- Together with the creative team, lead content creation efforts across formats—short-form posts, infographics, videos, and thought leadership pieces.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on data-driven insights.
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives via social channels.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B-relevant platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with video content creation and editing a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a strategic and structured approach to content planning and audience engagement.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages a plus
