The Role

As our Commercial Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-impact commercial projects that directly influence Assessio’s growth and strategic direction. You’ll work at the intersection of business strategy, commercial operations, and post-merger integration- turning ideas into execution and measurable results.

You will:

• Lead and deliver strategic commercial projects end to end,  from planning to execution, milestones, KPIs and outcomes.
• Act as the commercial lead for Post-Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives, aligning systems, processes, teams, and go-to-market motions.
• Partner closely with senior leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Finance to drive commercial alignment.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps that create clarity, structure and momentum.
• Identify opportunities to optimize commercial processes and strengthen our revenue engine.
• Support go-to-market plans for new markets, products or service offerings.
• Ensure smooth collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement across the entire organization.

You Bring 

• Solid experience in project management, management consulting, commercial operations or similar.
• Proven success leading cross-functional strategic projects in B2B SaaS, tech or HR-tech.
• Strong understanding of commercial functions (sales, marketing, pricing, revenue operations, customer success).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — from operational teams to senior leadership.
• Analytical sharpness, business acumen and the ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience with Post-Merger Integration (PMI) is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English.
