We’re looking for a curious and detail-driven Student Worker to join our Customer Experience team and help us turn numbers into stories that matter.

You will be supporting the Global Director in driving data-driven decisions and improving CRM data quality and processes.

Primary Tasks

·        Be the data detective: Ensure our CRM (HubSpot) is squeaky clean and accurate.

·        Build reports and dashboards that make insights pop.

·        Dive into data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.

·        Create PowerPoint presentations so good they make people say, “Wow, who made this?”

·        Create and update workflows in Hubspot to support the CX team

·        Work closely with our Global Director of Customer Experience (yes, you’ll have a direct impact!).

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer experience initiatives.

You are driven by

·        Making things look good – whether it’s a dashboard or a killer PowerPoint.

·        Learning and growing in a global business environment.

·        Delivering quality and paying attention to the details that others overlook.

We imagine that you:

·        Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Economics, Data Science, or similar).

·        You speak Excel and PowerPoint fluently; HubSpot experience is a bonus.

·        Analytical mindset with an eye for detail (you notice things others miss).

·        Comfortable working independently and juggling tasks like a pro.

·        Fluent in English (written and spoken).
