Job Description
Assessio is on an exciting growth journey driven by both organic growth and strategic acquisitions across Europe. We are now looking for a Senior Strategy & Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager to play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic agenda.
In this highly visible role reporting directly to our CEO, you will drive Assessio’s strategic planning process and lead the integration of acquired companies into the broader organization. You will act as the link between executive vision and operational execution, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into measurable results across the business.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
Main Responsibilities
Own and lead the company’s strategic planning process using the OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures) methodology.
Design, implement and run the OKR framework that enables effective execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
Lead end-to-end post-merger integration (PMI) programs for acquired companies, ensuring alignment across culture, operations, systems, and customer migration.
Facilitate quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Monitor progress against strategic initiatives and provide insights, analysis, and recommendations for course correction.
Manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring clear governance, resource allocation, and accountability for results.
Drive cross-functional strategic projects across departments and international markets.
Develop and maintain strategic planning tools, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
Support M&A evaluation processes by providing strategic perspectives and integration feasibility assessments.
Contribute to executive and board-level discussions related to strategic initiatives and integration programs.
Who are you?
To be successful in and enjoy this role role we beleive you are early in your strategy career and ready to take the next step. You likely have previous of experience working with strategy development and implementation, and you enjoy turning strategic priorities into real organizational impact.
Rather than focusing primarily on project management, you bring a strong foundation in strategic thinking and execution. You are comfortable facilitating strategic discussions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that strategic initiatives are implemented with clarity, momentum, and measurable results.
You might have gained this experience in a corporate strategy, business development, or transformation role, or as a strategy consultant supporting organizations with strategic planning and execution.

Have experience working with strategy development and implementation, supporting organizations in translating strategy into action.
Are confident facilitating discussions and aligning stakeholders around strategic priorities.
Enjoy driving execution and follow-through, ensuring that plans lead to tangible results.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured way of working.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both spoken and written.
Above all, you are a curious and driven individual who wants to grow in a strategic role close to senior leadership and contribute to shaping the future direction of Assessio.
Nice-to-have
Experience from corporate strategy, business development, or strategy consulting.
Experience working with strategic frameworks such as OGSM or OKRs.
Exposure to international or cross-functional strategic initiatives.
