About the role
We're looking for a commercially minded psychology professional with experience in assessment, talent development, and client-facing consulting to join us on a 12-month parental leave cover. In this role, you'll help organizations make better talent decisions through psychometric assessments, certification trainings, talent development initiatives, and other services from Assessio's portfolio.
Working closely with HR professionals, leaders, and executive stakeholders, you'll combine psychological expertise with business understanding to create customer value across the Swedish market, while collaborating with colleagues across the Nordics.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering trainings, certifications, workshops, and masterclasses
Conducting individual assessments and second opinions
Supporting clients within talent management, leadership development, and assessment-related initiatives
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
Identifying opportunities to expand and develop existing customer engagements
Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to create customer value
Contributing to the development of Assessio's service portfolio and consulting offerings
Sharing expertise through workshops, seminars, and thought leadership activities
Who are you?
We are looking for a commercially minded psychology professional who enjoys combining deep expertise with client-facing consulting work. You are confident in advising senior stakeholders, curious about understanding your clients' businesses, and motivated by helping organizations make better talent decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy contributing both to customer success and business growth.
We believe you have:
A Master's degree in Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Licensure as a Psychologist is considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of psychometrics and assessment methodologies
Experience delivering trainings, assessments, consulting services, or development initiatives
Experience independently managing client relationships and engagements
Professional fluency in both Swedish and English
It is considered an advantage if you also have:
Experience conducting individual assessments and second opinions
Experience from executive search, assessment consulting, talent management, recruitment consulting, or organizational development
Experience facilitating leadership development, group development, or leadership team workshops
About the Recruitment Process
We practice what we preach and use our own assessment tools throughout the recruitment process. As part of the process, you will complete assessments measuring personality, values, and cognitive ability, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Depending on the role, a case exercise may also be included.
