With an expanded product portfolio launching this autumn and a strong market position to build on, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to play a key role in introducing a new generation of HR Tech solutions to the Danish market.
About the role
As a SDR, you'll be responsible for creating new business opportunities and building a high-quality sales pipeline for our Account Executives, helping shape how the market sees us today and supporting the successful go-to-market of our expanding product portfolio.
This is much more than booking meetings. You'll combine outbound prospecting, market research and value-based conversations to help organisations discover better ways to recruit and develop talent.
Based in our Copenhagen office, you'll work alongside two experienced Account Executives and colleagues across Marketing, Customer Success and the wider Nordic commercial organisation. While established processes, HubSpot and playbooks are already in place, we encourage curiosity, new ideas and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building, maintain and developing your own high-quality and reliable outbound pipeline.
Identifying and engaging prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and networking.
Work in close collaboration with Account Executive, generate qualifying leads and booking high-quality demos.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on targeted outbound campaigns
Supporting the launch and go-to-market of Assessio's expanding HR Tech portfolio.
Sharing ideas and contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales approach.

We believe you have:
Experience in a commercial role (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales), preferably in HR tech, or Recruitment
Experience building your own pipeline through proactive outreach.
Confidence engaging decision-makers through phone, email and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
A structured way of working and the ability to manage your own activities and priorities.
It is considered an advantage if you also have:
Experience working with HubSpot or another CRM platform.
Experience contributing to go-to-market initiatives, product launches or brand awareness activities.
About the recruitment process
We practice what we preach and use our own assessment tools throughout the recruitment process. As part of the process, you'll complete assessments measuring personality, values and cognitive ability, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and team members.
