Senior Account Executive – UK Market (Amsterdam)

About the role
As an Senior Account Executive for the UK market, you'll play a key role in accelerating Assessio's growth. Working alongside a dedicated SDR, another Account Executive and colleagues across Marketing, Product and Customer Success, you'll combine strategic outbound sales, marketing initiatives, events and customer engagement to establish Assessio as a trusted HR Tech partner in the UK.
This is a value-driven sales role. Rather than demonstrating product features, you'll focus on understanding each customer's business challenges and showing how Assessio creates measurable value through better hiring and talent decisions.
Although you'll have the support of an experienced international organisation, you'll also have the opportunity to influence how we continue building our presence in one of our most important growth markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and developing a high-quality outbound pipeline together with your dedicated SDR.
Identifying and engaging new customers across the UK through proactive outreach, networking and relationship building.
Leading consultative sales processes with mid-sized and enterprise organisations, often involving multiple stakeholders and longer decision cycles.
Building trusted relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, business leaders and C-level decision-makers.
Leading value-based conversations by understanding customer challenges and connecting them to meaningful business outcomes.
Collaborating with Marketing on campaigns, events and other initiatives that strengthen Assessio's brand awareness in the UK.
Negotiating and closing long-term partnerships while ensuring a seamless handover to Customer Success.
Sharing market insights and contributing to the continued growth of Assessio's UK business.
The position is based at our Amsterdam office.

Most importantly, you believe the best sales conversations are centred around customer outcomes - not product features - and you're excited by the opportunity to help organisations reduce bias, improve hiring decisions and contribute to a future with Zero Talent Waste.
We believe you have:
Experience selling complex B2B solutions to mid-sized or enterprise organisations, much preferably from HR Tech or Talent Management solutions.
Experience managing consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
Experience engaging HR, Talent Acquisition and senior business stakeholders.
Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with senior decision-makers.
A structured approach to pipeline management and a proactive outbound mindset.
The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
It is considered an advantage if you also have:
Experience contributing to go-to-market initiatives or market expansion.
Experience from an international B2B SaaS environment.
About the recruitment process
Welcome with your application no later than August 9th. Due to vacation period, all applications will be reviewd from August 10th.
We practice what we preach and use our own assessment tools throughout the recruitment process. As part of the process, you'll complete assessments measuring personality, values and cognitive ability, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Depending on the role, a case exercise may also be included.
